(1) Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Appellate Board under this Act may, within the prescribed period appeal to the High Court within whose the jurisdiction of head office or the branch office of the Semiconductor Integrated Circuits Layout-Design Registry against the decision or order of which the appeal arises is situated. (2) Every such appeal shall be preferred by petition in writing and shall be in such form and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed. (3) Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908) shall apply to appeals before a High Court under this Act.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
