On and from the appointed day, in the Fourth Schedule to the Constitution, in the Table,— (a) entries 9 to 27 shall be renumbered as entries 10 to 28 respectively; (b) in entry 8, for the figures "16", the figures "11 " shall be substituted; (c) after entry 8, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:— “9.
