In any case not otherwise provided for in this Act or in any bye-law made thereunder, the Chairperson with the previous approval of the Council, may pay compensation to any person who sustains damage by reason of the exercise of any of the powers vested by this Act or any bye-law in the Chairperson or in any municipal officer or other municipal employee.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
