Any person who fails to comply with a requisition issued by the Nagar Panchayat or, as the case may be, by the Council under the provision of section 146 shall be liable for every such offence, to a fine not exceeding two hundred rupees and a further fine not exceeding fifty rupees for every day during which he shall continue to make such default after service on him of such requisition.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
