(1) The National Dairy Development Board is hereby constituted a body corporate by the same name, and as such body corporate, it shall have perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire, hold and dispose of property and to contract, and shall, by that name, sue and be sued. (2) The head office of the National Dairy Development Board shall be at Anand in the State of Gujarat.
