Section 35 — Warrant without summons.

A Magistrate may, without issuing any summons, forthwith issue his warrant to bring before him any person charged with an offence cognizable by him, or whose attendance it may for any reason be necessary to enforce, whenever it shall appear probable that such person will not attend unless compelled so to do
