Section 33 — Warrant to be endorsed.

Where any such warrant, order, or process shall be directed or delivered to any of the said Officers, unless it be necessary for the due execution thereof that such warrant be executed without delay, the person receiving it shall deliver the same to any Officer authorized for that purpose, who shall take charge of it, and appoint by endorsement thereon one or more Police Officers to execute the same, or endorse it to any other Officer for a like purpose and every Police Officer whose name shall be so endorsed thereon shall be so endorsed thereon shall have the same powers, privileges, and protection as if the same had originally been directed to him by name; Proviso .--- Provided also that every such process shall be executed with all secrecy and dispatch; and shall have full force in any part of the Madras Presidency except within the limits of the Supreme Court, without further formality or local endorsement; and that all Police authorities shall every where be assisting in the execution of such process.
