The Administration may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that any power or duty which under any of the provisions of this Act is conferred or imposed upon the Administration shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the direction, be exercised or discharged by the Chief Administrator, Deputy Chief Administrator or any other person subordinate to the Administration.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
