Section 5 — Power to co-opt, etc.

The National Capital Region Planning Board Act, 1985
(1) The Board or the Committee may, at any time and for such period as it thinks fit, co-opt any person or persons as a member or members of the Board or of the Committee. (2) A person co-opted under sub-section (1) shall exercise and discharge all the powers and functions of a member of the Board or of the Committee, as the case may be, but shall not be entitled to vote.
