If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Central Government may, by order, make such provision or give such direction, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of the doubt or difficulty, and the order of the Central Government, in such cases, shall be final.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
