The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of the Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (57 of 1994) and the Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (23 of 2010) or of any other law for the time being in force.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
