(1) The Board shall make regulations for setting up a mechanism for the purpose of determining the penalties specified under sub-section (5) of section 16 and sub-section (5) of section 19. (2) The regulations shall provide for a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the director or an employee against whom a complaint is made for violating the provisions of section 16 or section 19, as the case may be, and a right to prefer an appeal against any order imposing the penalty.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
