Until rules are made under clause (1) of article 208 by the Legislative Council of the new State of Bombay, Mysore or Punjab, the rules as to procedure and conduct of business in force immediately before the appointed day with respect to the Legislative Council of the corresponding State shall have effect in relation to the Legislative Council of the new State subject to such modifications and adaptations as may be made therein by the Chairman.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
