The Governor of the existing State of Punjab may at any time, before the appointed day, authorise such expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of the State of Haryana as he deems necessary for any period not extending beyond the 31st day of March, 1967, pending the sanction of such expenditure by the Legislative Assembly of Haryana: Provided that the Governor of Haryana may, after the appointed day, authorise such further expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of the State as he deems necessary for the said period pending such sanction.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
