Nothing in this Act shall apply to a ship-of-war or military aircraft of the enemy or any other ship or aircraft owned by the enemy whether or not registered in the territory of the enemy or goods carried therein and no proceedings of prize shall be necessary for the condemnation of such ship-of-war or military aircraft or other ship or aircraft or goods carried therein.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
