Section 148 — Appeal against the decision of claims officer.

(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the claims officer may, within sixty days of the date of the order, prefer an appeal to the District Judge having jurisdiction. (2) The decision of the District Judge on appeal, or of the claims officer where no appeal is preferred, shall be final.
