Any Act passed by Parliament for the appropriation of any money out of the Consolidated Fund of India to meet the expenditure in respect of any part of the financial year 1971-72 in, or for the purposes of, the tribal areas of Assam specified in Part B of the Table appended to paragraph 20 of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution shall, on and from the appointed day, have effect also in relation to the Union territory of Arunachal Pradesh and it shall be lawful for the President to spend any amount in, or for the purposes of, that Union territory out of the amounts authorised by such Act to be expended in, or for the purposes of, the said tribal areas.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
