The person holding, the office of Sajjadanashin immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, on and from such commencement, continue to hold that office subject to the other provisions of this Act and to the final decision in the suit relating to that office which is pending on such commencement and to which the said person is a party.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
