Section 44 — Issue of duplicate certificates.

The Dentists Act, 1948
Where it is shown to the satisfaction of the Registrar that a certificate of registration 1 [or a certificate of renewal] has been lost or destroyed, the Registrar may, on payment of the prescribed fee, issue a duplicate certificate in the prescribed form.
