All taxes, duties, cesses and fees which immediately before the commencement of this Act were being lawfully levied in either of the existing States or any part thereof, shall continue to be levied in the same manner and to the same extent and to be applied for the same purposes until other provision is made by a competent legislature or authority.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
