The Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962
(1) Whoever, without the consent in writing of a Warehousing Corporation, uses the name of that Corporation in any prospectus or advertisement, shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. (2) No court shall take cognizance of any offence under sub-section (1) otherwise than on a complaint in writing by an officer authorised in this behalf by the Warehousing Corporation concerned.
