A Warehousing Corporation may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to the Secretary or other officer of the Corporation, subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions under this Act as it may deem necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
